I live in Christiansburg va and called D'rose flower shop for a special request. I was looking for just a flower a Peace Lily for my late mother in laws birthday. The lady's working yesterday was highly understanding of my request and gave me a peace Lily ❤️ lady's thank you so much for your kindness I appreciate it. The flowers were beautifully arranged in shows topping color combinations! I received 2 bouquets from different people and each was very unique. I especially liked the one that was asymmetrically arranged. The flowers were fresh with plenty of water even though traveling for delivery. I could not have asked for more.

Oh no! I am so sorry you experienced this! In the future if you would consider working with us again please call the store directly :) Unfortunately this website is a third party that we work through and are unaware of some of the fees that they charge and unfortunately do not have control over that. But if you order with us over the phone guaranteed there will be no secret hidden fees, just a delivery fee and tax!

You always do such a nice job. Delivery was on time as well. I personally HATE the white lilies you used as they stink to high heaven. I would love it if you were to use something else for these arrangments instead of the lily. Thanks so much.

Sorry you experienced this! Some of our trainees may have accidentally cut the flowers too short and we didn't catch it before sending it out, but I assure you a closer eye will be watched on that going forward. I'm glad you liked the arrangement overall!

I did not receive the feedback I requested as to why the flowers we ordered were not delivered on the day asked and/or why we were not updated on the request from the location to have it delivered a day later. The flowers themselves (for both orders) were great, we would have just appreciated a little better communucation!

I am so sorry you were dissatisfied with our communication with you personally and that is on us. We did as the business establishment wanted and delivered all arrangements to the memorial venue rather than their place of business. This way they themselves were not responsible for getting them to the memorial service themselves. We apologize for not communicating with you personally to follow through. We honestly felt we were doing the best thing as it was what we were asked to do from the memorial coordinator.
