I ordered “Adoring Sweetness” spray roses bouquet for my Mother for her birthday. This arrangement has a lovely, feminine, vintage, Victorian look about it. This was the first time I had ordered from D’Rose. My Mother was delighted with the arrangement. It was delivered as per instructions I provided. The arrangement stayed fresh for 3 weeks! I plan to order from D’Rose in future and highly recommend them for your floral gifts.

In the future if you would consider working with us again please call the store directly :) Unfortunately this website is a third party that we work through and are unaware of some of the fees that they charge and unfortunately do not have control over that. But if you order with us over the phone guaranteed there will be no secret hidden fees, just a delivery fee and tax!

I did not receive the feedback I requested as to why the flowers we ordered were not delivered on the day asked and/or why we were not updated on the request from the location to have it delivered a day later. The flowers themselves (for both orders) were great, we would have just appreciated a little better communucation!

I am so sorry you were dissatisfied with our communication with you personally and that is on us. We did as the business establishment wanted and delivered all arrangements to the memorial venue rather than their place of business. This way they themselves were not responsible for getting them to the memorial service themselves. We apologize for not communicating with you personally to follow through. We honestly felt we were doing the best thing as it was what we were asked to do from the memorial coordinator.
